१२ ज्योतिर्लिंगों में चौथा मध्य प्रदेश की नगरी शिवपुरी में मान्धाता पर्वत पर भगवान शिव ओंकारेश्वर ज्योतिर्लिंग के रूप में मौजूद हैं। इस मंदिर में शिव भक्त कुबेर ने भगवान की तपस्या करके शिवलिंग की स्थापना की थी।
